On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him -, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, held at the Royal Court in Mina Palace, today, the annual reception ceremony for the owners of... Your Excellency, the State, Islamic dignitaries, guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, guests of government agencies, heads of delegations and pilgrim affairs offices who performed Hajj this year.
At the beginning of the ceremony, His Highness the Crown Prince shook hands with His Majesty King Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, King of Malaysia, His Excellency President Macky Sall, President of the Republic of Senegal, His Excellency President Mohamed Shihabuddin, President of the Republic of Bangladesh, His Excellency President Arif Alvi, President of the Republic of Pakistan, and His Excellency Mr. Faisal Naseem, Deputy Prime Minister. Dear brothers and sisters, pilgrims of the Sacred House of God:
Dear audience:
May God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you:
We are pleased, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - to greet you from the vicinity of the Sacred House of God, and to congratulate the pilgrims of the House of God and the Islamic nation on the blessed Eid Al-Adha, asking God Almighty to accept good deeds from us, from you, and from the pilgrims to His House, and to make... Their Hajj will be accepted, their effort will be appreciated, and their sins will be forgiven.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, since its founding, has been honored by God Almighty to serve the Two Holy Mosques and take care of them, and has made that the forefront of its concerns. It has made all efforts and harnessed all capabilities to provide comfort and reassurance to the guests of God.
We ask God Almighty to keep us and the Islamic nation safe and secure. We also ask Him, Glory be to Him, to grant success to the pilgrims to His House to complete their rituals in these blessed days and to return them to their homes safely.

His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Chairman of the Committee for the Service to the Guests of God, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, delivered a speech in which he said: “We thank God for making it easy for pilgrims to perform their rituals with all ease, safety and reassurance. This is the result of God’s grace, and then the support and guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - and His Highness the Crown Prince’s careful follow-up of everything that contributes to the comfort and safety of the guests of God.”
He pointed out that the pilgrims of the Holy House of God enjoy a package of qualitative services at all stations of their spiritual journey, which work began on preparing since the end of last year’s Hajj season, and that more than forty government sectors are honored to provide them with effective participation and integration, led by the sons and daughters of this generous nation, starting from Their religious and national responsibility towards the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, and as an extension of the honor and authentic historical commitment of our country’s leadership and people within ambitious transformational projects led by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
He added, based on the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and his continuous follow-up, to translate the objectives of the Guests of God Service Program to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques and perform Umrah and visits for all Muslims, by simplifying procedures and developing visa systems and digitizing them in a unified platform in several languages, which resulted in this year achieving the highest historical number. The number of pilgrims coming to the Kingdom exceeded ten million.
Dr. Al-Rabiah explained that this year, for the first time, fair competition was opened in serving pilgrims abroad, and the implementation of the Makkah Road initiative was expanded, which has so far benefited seven countries and served more than 400,000 pilgrims since its launch.
His Excellency stated that, in order to enrich the religious and cultural experience of pilgrims and visitors, and in coordination with partners, work is underway to rehabilitate Islamic historical sites and enrichment destinations, as more than 100 historical sites and exhibitions related to the purified biography of the Prophet will be launched in the next few years, and work will also be done to invest in human competencies. Which serves the guests of God in the three sectors: governmental, private, and non-profit.
After that, the Muslim World League’s speech for this year was delivered by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Hafiz Al-Nahwi, in which he appreciated the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in managing the Hajj seasons, serving the guests of God, and raising them to high levels of modernization and renewal.He noted the support and empowerment that the Muslim World League received from the Kingdom and the crystallization of its role at the global level to serve Islam and Muslims, as well as the transformation that the Mecca Document brought about in the path of the nation’s scholars to become a scientific and intellectual beacon that the world can be proud of, and an educational curriculum and training material in religious institutions of the world. Then His Excellency the Jordanian Minister of Endowments, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, Dr. Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Khalayleh, delivered a speech by the heads of the Hajj Affairs offices, in which he expressed thanks, pride and appreciation for the great efforts made by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, And His Highness, His Trustworthy Crown Prince - may God protect them both - to serve the pilgrims of the Holy House of God and enable them to perform their religious duties with ease and ease.
His Excellency added, “Today we are witnessing the great achievements made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to receive pilgrims, serve them, and comfort them. One of the greatest blessings of God Almighty upon Muslims is that He has provided them with brothers who will do everything for them to facilitate their journey and stay to perform the religious obligation,” pointing out that the Kingdom is considered the pillar of Islam by embracing the sanctities of Muslims. In Mecca and Medina, where pilgrims meet every year from all over the world, to get to know each other, remember God, and draw closer to Him, the Almighty, through worship and supplication.
