It is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Interior within the Guests of God Service Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030. It was launched in 2017 and aims to provide high-quality services to pilgrims by completing their procedures from their countries, starting with issuing the visa electronically and taking biometric data, sorting and coding luggage, and then completing passport procedures at their country’s airport. Upon their arrival in the Kingdom, their entry is facilitated through King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah through dedicated halls without any procedures, where they are transported directly to their accommodation using dedicated buses without waiting for their luggage, which is then transported to their accommodation without delay.
