The Pilgrim Experience Program pavilion showcased a wide range of more than 90 distinguished initiatives during the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, representing the outcome of an integrated system that facilitates pilgrims’ journey across all its stages.

The pavilion includes humanitarian initiatives that address the most detailed needs of pilgrims, such as the nursery project near the Prophet’s Mosque, which enables mothers to perform the rituals safely and comfortably, as well as initiatives to care for the elderly and persons with disabilities through an integrated smart transportation system and field services specifically designed to meet their needs.

The pavilion of the Pilgrim Experience Program highlights the Kingdom’s remarkable transformation in serving its pilgrims -- a journey guided by passion and precision, reflecting Saudi Arabia's enduring commitment to ensuring that service to the Two Holy Mosques remains an ever-renewed honor each year.
