The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched an advanced interactive map available in seven international languages. The service enables visitors and Umrah performers to access services and facilities and navigate the Two Holy Mosques with greater ease.

The platform provides a comprehensive digital experience. Users can determine their location within the Two Holy Mosques and identify the nearest routes to their destinations. The map highlights key facilities, including prayer areas, restrooms, service offices, and guidance centers. This supports worshippers and contributes to more efficient crowd management.

The service can be accessed directly through a Quick Response (QR) code. Visitors can begin using the guided navigation instantly without downloading additional applications.

The authority stated that the initiative forms part of a broader digital services system aimed at enhancing the visitor experience and ensuring a secure and well-prepared worship environment.

It added that the service reflects the Saudi leadership’s commitment to digital transformation and to improving services at the Two Holy Mosques, enabling worshippers to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance.
