More than 4.8 million pilgrims arrived in the Kingdom during the Umrah season this year

Statistics from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah showed that the number of arriving and departing Umrah pilgrims who arrived in the Kingdom through air, land and sea ports during the Umrah season this year amounted to 4,840,764 Umrah pilgrims, of whom 4,258,151 Umrah pilgrims left for their countries, while the total number of Umrah pilgrims present in the Kingdom as of yesterday reached 582,613 Umrah pilgrims. The statistics showed the arrival of 4,329,349 Umrah pilgrims through the Kingdom’s air ports, while the land ports in Jdeidah Arar, Haditha, Halat Ammar, Al-Wadiah, the Empty Quarter, Al-Batha, Salwa, King Fahd Bridge, Al-Raqi, Al-Durrah border crossing, and Al-Khafji port received 507,430 Umrah pilgrims, while 3,985 chose Umrah must come through the Kingdom’s sea ports.
