The program seeks to achieve a transformative spiritual experience in the system of serving the guests of God through the following objectives:

1.Facilitating hosting more pilgrims and facilitating access to the Two Holy Mosques
2.Providing high-quality services to pilgrims and Umrah performers
3.Enriching the religious and cultural experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers

The website contains rich information and is continuously being developed. As a non-executive entity, our website is primarily informative. You may also download the “Nusuk” application to explore all the available services, more than 100 in total and to learn about every stage of the pilgrimage journey as well as the historical and cultural sites. We are constantly working to enhance the content to better reflect the Guest of Allah’s journey.

 

The program’s strategy is built upon three main objectives designed to deliver a transformative spiritual experience for the Guests of Allah, ensure the sustainability of the Hajj and Umrah sector, and enhance the Kingdom’s political stature as the heart of the Islamic world. Each objective is supported by specific strategic pillars to ensure its achievement:

1. Objective: Facilitating the hosting of more pilgrims and easing access to the Two Holy Mosques

  • Simplifying the arrival process for performing rituals.

  • Encouraging targeted segments of the Guests of Allah to visit.

  • Ensuring optimal hosting capacity.

2. Objective: Providing high-quality services to pilgrims and visitors

  • Elevating quality standards and improving services and facilities throughout the Guest of Allah’s journey.

  • Enhancing the efficiency of procedures and service delivery.

  • Developing and empowering the human resources working in the sector.

3. Objective: Enriching the religious and cultural experience of pilgrims and visitors

  • Restoring and activating religious, cultural, and historical sites and events in Makkah and Madinah.

  • Maximizing the value offered to the Guests of Allah and promoting the Kingdom’s heritage through enrichment journeys and connections with major national projects.

  • Pilgrim satisfaction reached 91% during the 1446 AH (2025 CE) Hajj season, a 10-point increase from the previous year.
  • The Kingdom welcomed over 18.5 million pilgrims and Umrah performers in 2024 CE.
  • The Prophet's Mosque (Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah) received 13 million visitors, with visitor satisfaction reaching 81% in just two years.
  • More than 89 initiatives were implemented in 2024 CE, achieving a 95% compliance rate.
  • The number of volunteers more than doubled in 2024 CE, from 15,000 to 153,000.
  • Makkah ranked fifth globally in international visitor numbers and seventh in the Tourism Performance Index.
  • The program implemented over 100 initiatives in collaboration with more than 45 implementing partners.
  • The Umrah satisfaction index reached 82% in 2024 CE.
  • The "Nusk" app was launched, offering over 100 diverse services to facilitate the pilgrims' experience. The Saudi visa platform was launched to facilitate the issuance of all types of visas, from Hajj and Umrah visas to visit visas, serving 3,000,000 beneficiaries who were able to issue the visa in just 5 minutes.
