Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah organizes the third edition of the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition early next year 2024

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with the Guests of God Service Program (one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programmes), is organizing the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition in its third edition, during the period 8 - 11 January. 2024, corresponding to 26 - 29 Jumada II 1445 AH, in the Jeddah Superdome.
His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, explained that this event brings together all Hajj and Umrah service providers, those interested in the field, and officials from inside and outside the Kingdom to discuss the latest developments and best practices to provide exceptional services to the guests of God, adding that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in strategic partnership with the governmental and private sectors, It has achieved qualitative achievements and progress in facilitating procedures for pilgrims and Umrah performers.
The conference aims to highlight the qualitative projects that the Kingdom offers to the Guests of God, in order to raise the quality of services provided in Hajj and Umrah, facilitate the arrival of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims from all over the world, and launch many new services and technologies that aim to enrich the experience of the Guests of God, in order to achieve the objectives of the programs. Saudi Vision 2030.
The conference is scheduled to present a number of service topics for discussion, such as housing, logistics, health care, transportation, subsistence, technology and artificial intelligence, water and energy solutions, and many theses affecting the services provided to pilgrims and Umrah performers.
Those organizing the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference seek to build an integrated and sustainable system that contributes to developing the experience of the Guests of God by benefiting from the ideas and visions of specialists, anticipating future trends, developing opportunities for partnerships, agreements and initiatives in a way that enriches the experience of the Guests of God, and engaging innovators and entrepreneurs to enhance the quality of services provided in the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference. Hajj and Umrah, and reviewing the Kingdom’s efforts to enhance the sustainability of the development of services provided to the guests of God.
It is noteworthy that the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition achieved many achievements in previous editions, including obtaining the Excellence Branch Award in Hajj and Umrah Services in its 15th session, with which the Ministry was crowned last evening by His Royal Highness Prince Badr bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir. Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, during the crowning ceremony of the winners of the Makkah Excellence Award for the year 2023 AD.
It is also noteworthy that the number of visitors to the conference last year reached more than 100 thousand visitors, including 83 ministers and heads of a delegation, while the number of participating parties reached 360 governmental and private entities, in addition to concluding more than 200 agreements in the field of Hajj, Umrah and visiting.
