His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Medina region, confirmed that the wise leadership has given Hajj and Umrah services the greatest attention since the unification of the country at the hands of King Abdulaziz - may God rest his soul - up to the prosperous era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince. This came during His Highness's sponsorship of the first edition of the Umrah and Visitation Forum, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Program for Serving the Guests of God, over a period of 3 days at the King Salman Convention Center.
His Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan pointed out that this great honor that God Almighty has bestowed on this country is a source of pride and honor for all of us, and motivates us to continue working diligently to improve the level of services provided to the guests of God, and to search for ideas and conduct studies that would improve In the Umrah and Visitation sector, providing the utmost comfort for the guests of God, and enriching the visitor’s experience of these holy places from their arrival until their departure from the Kingdom’s lands.
His Highness stressed the importance of the forum as an opportunity to communicate and exchange experiences between specialists through dialogue sessions and discussion panels, and then conclude with visions and recommendations that contribute to enriching the visitors’ experience. He expressed his aspirations for the forum’s outcomes to be effective and reflect positively on this vital and important sector, directing his thanks to His Excellency the Minister of Hajj. Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, and all the Ministry’s employees are responsible for organizing the forum.
On the sidelines of the Umrah and Visitation Forum, His Highness the Emir of the Medina region reviewed the accompanying exhibition, which includes more than 100 pavilions showcasing the services of tourism and travel companies and Umrah agencies, in addition to academic and research institutions, small and medium enterprises and service developers, in addition to the hospitality, catering, catering, transportation and services sectors. Logistics, healthcare, technology, communications, artificial intelligence, banking, insurance companies and other services related to Umrah and visiting.
During the forum ceremony, His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, delivered a speech in which he stressed the special interest that the wise leadership attaches to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, as they are keen to closely follow up on everything related to the service of the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, as well as the most important programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. One of the main goals of the program for serving the guests of God is to enrich the experience, and we are working to make this forum a comprehensive platform for discussing opportunities and improving the experience, through 6 discussion topics, in which 180 speakers from outside and inside the Kingdom participate.
His Excellency Al-Rabiah pointed out that the mechanism for visiting Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa has been developed, as more than 19 million visitors have been honored to visit it over the past two years, in addition to a large number of unique historical sites linked to the purified biography of the Prophet in Mecca and Medina, where a number of historical sites have been rehabilitated. Islamic State, in addition to developing and launching many enrichment destinations that contribute to enhancing and deepening the journey of the guests of God.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Highness the Emir of the Medina region witnessed the signing ceremony of a number of agreements in the field of Umrah and visits, and His Highness also honored the sponsors and participants in the forum’s work.
It is noteworthy that the Umrah and Visit Forum will continue until next Wednesday evening, witnessing the holding of 6 dialogue sessions and 24 workshops covering 6 main topics in addition to 18 sub-contents with the participation of 29 experts and specialists. It also includes a number of competitive events and competitions, including the Artificial Intelligence Competition in Umrah. An award for Beytim and the development of digital solutions and a hackathon for historical and enriching sites related to the Prophet’s biography.
