The "coding" process, carried out by a specialized team under the supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, at the site designated for the initiative in the city of Abidjan, begins with sorting the luggage and placing stickers on it, containing trip data and information about the pilgrims and their places of residence, and giving the pilgrim a card bearing the information written on his luggage itself.
When the guests of God arrive at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah or Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina, they move directly to buses to take them to their residences in Mecca and Medina using designated routes, while the partner agencies deliver their luggage to their residences, according to transportation and housing arrangements.
