Dr. Al-Rabiah meets with the Qatari Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs

His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, met in the State of Qatar today, with His Excellency the Qatari Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, Ghanem bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim, and His Highness Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Qatar, to review the efforts of the Umrah system in The Kingdom and the facilities it provides to the guests of God from the State of Qatar.
Dr. Al-Rabiah explained that his visit to Qatar comes to confirm the facilities for the arrival and entry of Umrah pilgrims coming from Qatar to the Kingdom, both citizens and residents, noting that the procedures for the arrival of Qataris in particular and Gulf nationals in general have become very easy and simple, through direct registration with the Qatari national ID card via the platform " Hajj” and issuing permits for Umrah and prayer in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa, to perform their rituals with ease and ease. We welcome brothers residing in the State of Qatar who wish to perform Umrah, according to easy procedures provided by the visa platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs without restrictions on professions, through the electronic visa for residents of the Gulf, without The need to visit the embassy, ​​and they can also visit the “Nask” platform to obtain details of various services such as housing and transportation, booking permits for Umrah and prayer in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa, and obtaining knowledge-enriching information about Islamic historical sites, like our Qatari brothers.
His Excellency stated that the requirements for Umrah have become accessible to everyone, as there are no restrictions or requirements or even the necessity of the presence of a mahram, welcoming at the same time everyone in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He stressed that the Kingdom, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - may God support him - is working to implement ongoing development work in the infrastructure and organization of the Holy Sites and the Two Holy Mosques as part of the largest development works in the world and not only in the region, to ensure the provision of the best services to the guests of the Holy House of God coming from within. And outside the Kingdom, including automating procedures for booking services, including housing and transportation within Saudi cities.
Dr. Al-Rabiah called on all attendees to view the new services and facilities by visiting the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s website and its electronic accounts, and visiting the “nusuk.sa” website and application, which facilitates the procedures for all Muslims to come to Mecca and Medina, and choose housing, accommodation, and transportation services through Smart device screens, with simple steps from everywhere around the world, around the clock, and download the electronic application available in application stores on smart phones.
At the conclusion of the visit, His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah expressed the depth of the relationship between the two brotherly countries and peoples, calling on citizens and residents to benefit from the facilities that the Kingdom has developed to facilitate the pilgrims, noting the completion of the ministry’s preparations to receive pilgrims and provide exceptional services at all stations and points through which the pilgrim passes. Back and forth and during the rituals, saying: “Readiness was achieved through the experiments and hypotheses that the Ministry persisted in, which proved successful thanks to the integration of the partners’ roles.”
