The Minister of Hajj and Umrah concludes his visit to Pakistan and Bangladesh

His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Chairman of the Committee for the Service of the Guests of God, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, concluded his official visit to the Islamic Republics of Pakistan and Bangladesh, which lasted for 5 days, with the aim of highlighting the pioneering initiatives in developing Umrah systems and facilitating the journey of visitors to the Two Holy Mosques, and meeting with a number of of officials to discuss the procedures for the arrival of pilgrims from the Republics of Pakistan and Bangladesh, and to enrich their religious and cultural experience, in order to achieve the goals of the “Kingdom’s Vision 2030”.
This visit comes within a series of international visits that began early last year, 2022, as an extension of the efforts made by the Kingdom to raise the quality of services provided to pilgrims, in light of the unlimited support provided by the wise leadership - may God support it - to serve Islam and Muslims from all over the world.
His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah confirmed that the visit was crowned with success, praise be to God, under the guidance and support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God protect them - and the cooperation and welcome of the brothers in the Pakistani government and the Bangladeshi government. Stressing that the visit comes within the framework of the keenness of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and all sectors of the pilgrims’ service system, to provide the best facilities to all pilgrims, in a way that ensures saving time and effort, and raises the quality of services.
The visit witnessed various meetings with the leaders of Pakistani and Bangladeshi Umrah service companies, to strengthen relations in order to ensure the development of the journey of the pilgrims coming from Pakistan and Bangladesh to the Kingdom. The “Nusk” exhibition was also organized, which shed light on the series of facilities created by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in the journey of the pilgrims. And developments in the services provided to ensure a more comfortable and reassuring trip.
The “Nusk” exhibition allowed visitors to learn about the electronic services provided by the “Nusk Platform” to serve the guests of God, and to highlight the historical monuments, various cultural activities, and unique sites in Mecca, Medina, and all parts of the Kingdom to enrich the experiences of pilgrims.
