The Minister of Hajj and Umrah reviews the facilities provided to pilgrims through the “Hajj Hajj” platform

Today, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched the “Jusoor Initiative” in its second edition in the city of Riyadh, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, and in the presence of ambassadors and a number of members of the diplomatic corps of the European Union countries, the Americas, Australia, and a number of other countries.
This initiative comes to enhance communication with various countries around the world, showcase the Kingdom’s efforts in serving the guests of God, and facilitate the procedures for their arrival to the Two Holy Mosques.
Dr. Al-Rabiah stressed the continuation of initiatives aimed at transforming the Hajj and Umrah journey into an integrated experience that meets the needs of pilgrims and Umrah performers, enhances efficiency and achieves the highest levels of satisfaction among the guests of God, by employing modern technologies and digitizing services and procedures, and continuing work on developing the “Nask” platform to provide more comprehensive services. For pilgrims, Umrah pilgrims and visitors coming from all over the world.
The Minister of Hajj and Umrah referred to the developmental efforts and works in the Two Holy Mosques and the holy sites, indicating that they aim to provide space for the largest number of pilgrims and Umrah performers, and to raise the efficiency of services and develop them within the framework of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The initiative aims to open a channel of communication with representatives of different countries, shed light on the easy procedures and services provided to citizens and residents of the countries targeted by the initiative, and inform ambassadors and members of the diplomatic corps about the role of the “Hajj Hajj” platform in facilitating the procedures for their arrival to the Kingdom to perform Hajj rituals for the 1445 AH season.
The “Jusoor Initiative” focuses on introducing the “Nasak Hajj” platform, which is considered the official approved platform for providing Hajj services for residents of Europe, North and South America, Australia, and some Asian and African countries. The platform’s services include obtaining Hajj visas for citizens of the targeted countries, facilitating arrival procedures, and providing Options for advance planning, identifying service providers, and booking packages.
