The Minister of Hajj and Umrah announces the official launch of the “Nask” platform to provide 121 services to more than 30 million individuals

His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Chairman of the Committee for the Service of the Guests of God, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, today announced the official launch of the National Hajj and Umrah Platform “Nasak”, during his participation in the “Digital Government Forum 2022” organized by the Digital Government Authority, entitled “Towards a Horizon”. Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah explained that the platform currently provides more than 121 various services to facilitate the procedures for the arrival of the Guests of God from all over the world, within easy and simple procedures, with the aim of providing distinguished service to the Guests of God and enriching the experience for pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors, in order to achieve the objectives of the Guests of God Service Program.

His Excellency pointed out that the Nesk platform provides 75 services to the business sector, and about 45 services to the individual sector, revealing that the platform aims to provide its services to more than 30 million people, in cooperation with more than 10 thousand entities in the business sector, and linking and integrating with 25 government agencies.
The Minister of Hajj and Umrah stated that one of the main factors in enriching the experience of the Guests of God is the digital experience, pointing out that the “Nask” platform, which is an integrated system of services, comes under the umbrella of the Guests of God Service Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and the Saudi Authority. For tourism.

Al-Rabiah pointed out that the platform aims to introduce the guests of God to all stages of performing Umrah, and to introduce them to the historical areas and religious sites in Mecca and Medina, pointing out that “Nusk” is a reliable platform for providing integrated services with full transparency in one location to facilitate planning for the journey of faith and introducing services.
