His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, stressed the importance of expanding awareness partnerships in order to enhance the experience of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims and achieve their comfort and safety, noting that awareness plays a crucial role in improving services, improving procedures, and raising the level of satisfaction among the guests of God.
This came during the opening of His Excellency the communication workshop to raise awareness of the Guests of God, which was organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in the presence of partners of the Hajj and Umrah system, and partners of the Guests of God Service Programme, as part of its efforts to enhance awareness of the Guests of God, exchange knowledge and experiences, and raise the level of coordination between relevant authorities.
His Excellency pointed out the importance of spreading awareness in guiding pilgrims and Umrah performers regarding the necessary procedures and potential risks related to Hajj, stressing interest in supporting and building initiatives that contribute to raising the awareness of the guests of God, in order to improve the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, and called for continuing joint work and effective cooperation to enhance awareness initiatives and achieve the highest levels of awareness among pilgrims. Levels of service and quality in serving the guests of God.
He pointed out that the increasing number of pilgrims, thanks to the facilities provided by the Kingdom, has doubled the size of the challenge and the need to intensify awareness work, to be diverse in methods, means and content.
He stressed that the Ministry pays great attention to enhancing the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage experience and providing a suitable and comfortable environment that contributes to performing the rituals easily and smoothly.
The communication workshop aims to highlight the Kingdom’s efforts in serving the guests of God, activate awareness partnerships and exchange experiences, in addition to building a comprehensive awareness message and enhancing access by unifying the awareness efforts of the Hajj and Umrah system.
