The Madinah Region Development Authority, in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, has launched the Badr Historical Path project to revitalize the historic Al-Furqan trail.

This 157-kilometer route between Madinah and Badr allows visitors to retrace the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) journey through more than 40 key landmarks. Supported by Madinah Region Governor Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the initiative includes a main camp, three sub-camps, and several rest stops, offering a range of activities such as hiking, bus tours, and adventure experiences.

To modernize the educational journey, the project features a digital platform with interactive maps and augmented reality content, aligning with Vision 2030 goals to enrich pilgrims' cultural experience and highlight Madinah's status as a premier historical destination.
