Miqat Dhu Al-Hulayfah, one of the miqats prescribed by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), stands as one of the most prominent religious and historical landmarks in Madinah, where residents and visitors enter Ihram before performing Hajj or Umrah. The site is home to Abyar Ali Mosque, located approximately 14 kilometers from the Prophet's Mosque.
Reflecting Saudi Arabia's commitment to enhancing the Hajj and Umrah experience, Miqat Dhu Al-Hulayfah, managed by Madinah Region Development Authority, has undergone extensive renovations, including directional signs, prayer carpets, marble and porcelain flooring, fans, lighting poles, and dedicated bus parking spaces to improve air circulation, illumination, and visitor access.
Miqat Dhu Al-Hulayfah recorded more than 15 million visitors in 2025, according to statistics published by Madinah Region Development Authority, reflecting its growing significance as a spiritual gateway for pilgrims and Umrah performers worldwide.
