The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques announced that 114,185 beneficiaries used the free luggage storage service at the Grand Mosque during Ramadan, as part of the authority's ongoing efforts to serve visitors of the Two Holy Mosques and facilitate the performance of their rituals.

The authority noted that the luggage storage service is part of an integrated operational system aimed at enhancing the comfort of worshippers and Umrah performers by providing designated and secure locations for receiving and delivering luggage with ease and speed, helping to ease the burden on visitors and enabling them to perform their rituals smoothly and with peace of mind.

It stressed that luggage storage centers operate with trained national staff, supported by modern technological systems that ensure operational efficiency and accurate organization, from receiving and storing luggage according to set standards to delivering it smoothly to its owners.

The high participation reflects the importance of the service in improving the experience of visitors and Umrah performers, especially during peak seasons such as Ramadan, contributing to enhancing the quality of services provided within the Grand Mosque.
