The program is affiliated with the Council of Economic and Development Affairs and was announced and launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and in the presence of the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect them - at Al-Safa Palace in Mecca during the last ten days of the month of Ramadan 1440 AH. , corresponding to May 2018 AD.
