The initiative aims to build a detailed database of endowment entities dedicated to serving the guests of the Merciful by inventorying designated endowments for this purpose and constructing a database for these endowments. Through this initiative, financial and operational expenses borne by the state to support the Hajj and Umrah sector will be reduced. Additionally, an investment-oriented endowment fund will be established to pool suspended funds.  The initiative will be implemented by inventorying  endowments allocated to serving the pilgrims and visitors in the Two Holy Mosques, building a special database for the endowments of the Two Holy Mosques, and launching a crowdfunding platform to finance projects and initiatives in the Hajj and Umrah sector.
