The initiative aims to provide a range of diverse training courses via an electronic training platform targeting all workers in the pilgrim service field. It seeks to enrich the cognitive and behavioral aspects of workers in Hajj and Umrah and develop their skills, which will positively reflect the professionalism of services and pilgrims’ satisfaction with the treatment they receive.
