The initiative aims to analyze the current situation, identify, classify, and evaluate existing training and rehabilitation programs. It will assess their implementation, identify target and priority groups, determine their needs across all tracks within the Pilgrims Experience Program, specify required competencies, organize skill levels, and develop suitable training packages for each level.  The initiative also aims to identify training gaps, qualifications, licensing requirements, and designate a single entity responsible for managing each track.
