The new service allows pilgrims coming from Europe, America, and Australia to more than 58 countries around the world the ability to register, book, and pay electronically within easy and convenient electronic procedures, and choose service packages such as: housing, subsistence, flight, guidance, and transportation, in addition to identifying through the platform the countries included. In the first phase of launch; The “Hajj rituals” platform also provides a wide range of services and information for those wishing to perform Hajj this year to enable them to perform the Hajj rituals with ease and reassurance.
The “Nisk Hajj” platform supports 7 diverse languages to enable pilgrims in the countries included in the first phase of the launch to create a profile and enter all their data. In the second phase, it will be possible to review and book service packages, attach the documents and papers required for verification, and complete payment processes for services. Via (Visa - MasterCard - bank transfer - cash collection through service centers located in the pilgrims’ countries - SADAD system).
These efforts come within the framework of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s keenness to raise the level of services provided to the guests of God and improve and enrich their experience during their journey of faith to perform the Hajj rituals with reassurance and ease using the latest technologies, and in integration with the relevant government agencies
