The General Presidency for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque provided free, around-the-clock ritual completion services to pilgrims during the 1446 AH Hajj season, aiming to enhance their experience and facilitate the safe performance of rituals in a well-prepared environment.
The general presidency explained that more than 500,000 people benefited from the service, which was provided through 12 mobile vehicles, with 10 designated for men and two for women. These vehicles are supervised by a specialized team using thoroughly sterilized tools and operate according to the highest safety and quality standards, ensuring efficient performance and prompt service delivery, with waiting times not exceeding a few minutes.
It confirmed that the technicians working in the vehicles have received professional and Sharia training to ensure proper service delivery, especially since the completion of the ritual is subject to precise Sharia provisions. It also indicated that each vehicle includes four seats, each staffed by four technicians working in daily shifts, thereby enhancing the teams’ ability to serve the largest possible number of pilgrims.
These efforts are part of the general presidency's initiatives to develop high-quality services for pilgrims and enhance the efficiency of the care system within the Grand Mosque and its courtyards. This aligns with its goal of improving the pilgrim experience and facilitating the performance of the ritual completion with ease and convenience.
