The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque announced that the number of visitors to the Two Holy Mosques during the month of Rajab 1447 AH reached 78,843,425, reflecting high attendance and the success of the approved operational and organizational plans.

The authority indicated that the figures include all worship and visitation sites, with 14,875,003 Umrah performers completing Umrah rituals, 34,954,367 worshippers praying at the Grand Mosque, 25,074,929 worshippers praying at the Prophet’s Mosque, 1,293,867 praying in the Rawdah Sharifah, and 2,590,857 visitors had the honor of greeting the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his two companions

The authority also noted that these statistics were measured using the total entry throughput indicator, affirming its continued efforts to develop the service system and enhance operational efficiency. It added that this aims to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests of the Two Holy Mosques, improve the quality of the spiritual experience, and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to serve the visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.
