The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has officially opened the Hajj package booking phase for citizens and residents within the Kingdom for the 1447 AH season.

Applicants who registered their data can now select and book packages via the Nusuk application or website, with payments processed through the SADAD system.

The ministry stipulated that the payment deadline is 72 hours until Dhu Al-Qadah 27, 1447 AH, after which it will be reduced to six hours starting Dhu Al-Qadah 28; failure to pay within these windows results in automatic cancellation.

While cancellations are permitted without deduction before permit issuance until Shawal 30, 1447 AH, specific refund policies and deductions apply thereafter, with no refunds granted for cancellations made from Dhu Al-Hijjah 1, 1447 AH, until the platform closes.
