The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has announced the success of its operational plan for Ramadan 1447 AH, highlighting the Kingdom’s ability to manage one of the largest and most complex crowd operations in the world.

Millions of pilgrims visited the Two Holy Mosques during the holy month, experiencing a seamless and meticulously organized flow of worship and services that reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to serving pilgrims.

The Authority emphasized that this success is the result of an integrated operational system built on proactive planning, coordination among service, security, operational, and health entities, and efficient field execution.

This approach enabled highly effective crowd management and the delivery of high-quality services, enhancing the spiritual experience for worshippers and visitors alike.
